A wide range of sensors extends the possibilities of the lighting system and makes it even more intelligent.
PIR Zhaga sensor
Compatible with the latest standard
The PIR Zhaga sensor can transform a conventional lighting system into an intelligent one. It uses the Zhaga standard, which helps to reduce the complexity of street lighting networks and creates new opportunities for smart city services. This sensor is robust, weatherproof and easy to integrate. The PIR Zhaga sensor is not D4i ready and the connection of pin 4 on the Zhaga connector is mandatory.
Cost-effective solutions for standard applications
The PIR motion sensor is based on passive infrared technology. Movements are detected by infrared rays. If an object moves within the sensor's detection range and its temperature differs from the ambient temperature by more than 4°C, the sensor reacts.
The LightRadar is based on an object tracking system. It uses radar technology to characterize the movement of an object. Algorithms can be used to differentiate between pedestrians, cyclists, motorcycles, cars and trucks.
