Liability for content
The content of our webpages has been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete and up-to-date.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites of third parties, over the content of which we have no influence. We cannot therefore accept any liability for this external content either. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible violations of the law at the time that the links were created. It was not possible to identify any illegal content at the time of the linking. However, we cannot reasonably be expected to constantly check the content of linked sites, without specific indications of a violation of the law. We shall immediately remove such links on becoming aware of violations of the law.
The content and works created by us on these pages are subject to Swiss copyright law. The reproduction, editing, dissemination and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law shall require our written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Inasmuch as the content on this site has not been created by us, the copyright of third parties shall be respected. In particular, third parties’ content shall be identified as such. If, despite this, you become aware of a copyright infringement, we would request that you notify us of this accordingly. We shall immediately remove such content on becoming aware of violations of the law.
It is generally possible to use our website without having to indicate personal data. Inasmuch as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data shall not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
We would point out that there are inherent security risks in transmitting data (e.g. e-mail communications) via the internet. It is not possible to completely protect data against access by third parties.
We hereby expressly object to the contact data, which has been published within the framework of the obligation to include a site notice, being used by third parties to send advertising and information materials which have not expressly been requested. We explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional information, for instance spam e-mails, being sent.
Our website makes use of so-called cookies in order to recognize repeat use of our website by the same user/internet connection subscriber. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser downloads and stores on your computer. They are used to improve our website and services. In most cases these are so-called "session cookies" that are deleted once you leave our website.
To an extent, however, these cookies also pass along information used to automatically recognize you. Recognition occurs through an IP address saved to the cookies. The information thereby obtained is used to improve our services and to expedite your access to the website.
You can prevent cookies from being installed by adjusting the settings on your browser software accordingly. You should be aware, however, that by doing so you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of our website.
